Appointments

Our appointment times are 8:00 am - 11:30 am and 2:00 pm - 5:30 pm Monday through Friday, and 8:00 am -11:30 am on Saturday. There is only one doctor, so we must also coordinate surgical procedure times. This is usually done between the hours of 10:00 am and 12:00 pm. Our receptionists and team members will attempt to accommodate all requests to the best of our ability. If you feel you have an emergency with your pet, please call us or come to the hospital immediately. Our team members will assess your pet as soon as possible and proceed accordingly. If possible it is best to call before coming in so that a staff member can advise you on your particular emergency.

Laser Therapy

We are excited to offer our clients Companion Laser Therapy. Laser therapy provides a non-invasive, pain-free, surgery-free, drug-free treatment which is used to treat a variety of conditions and can be performed in conjunction with existing treatment protocols. Relief and/or improvement is often noticed within hours depending on the condition and your pet’s response. Whether your pet is rehabilitating from trauma or injury, healing from wounds, or simply aging, your companion can benefit from this innovative approach to treating pain.

Emergency & Urgent Care

We have a veterinarian and team members on duty 6 days a week who are trained and equipped to handle animal emergencies. Usually an emergency team consists of at least one veterinarian and at least one technician working together to save a pet's life. Emergencies can be things such a rat poisoning ingestion, hit by car, and snake bites. If you ever feel that your pet needs emergency treatment do not hesitate to call or come in immediately. If possible it is best to call before coming in so that a team member can advise you on your particular emergency. We are also available for urgent care when the condition is not life-threatening, but you feel your pet needs to be seen before you are able to get an appointment. Our veterinarian will work to "squeeze" you in between scheduled appointments. When you arrive, our receptionists will be able to give you an estimate on how long you may have to wait in order to be seen.
